The energy sector comprises the following subsectors:
- Sources of fossil energy
- Oil, natural gas, coal, etc.
- Electricity generation based on nuclear energy
- Energy production based on renewable energy
- Firewood, biomass, solar energy, wind energy, use of hydropower
- The pyrolysis technology can be produced on an annual basis 75-85 tons of oil which is directly used for the thermal power plant, refined as fuel or lubricating oil industry.
The strategy for the development of the energy sector in urban and suburban areas will be based primarily on the following two principles:
- consolidation and development of the infrastructure sector in order to allow access of the same population, by implementing a policy of reducing energy costs, guarantee quality of service and sustainable economic development;
- reorganization of the institutional framework in order to define and separate the role of the state as the entity responsible for the development of sectoral policy and regulatory bodies in the sector.
